Q: Why fill out a help ticket?

A: The Help Ticket is the easiest way for us to track your needs and it also puts all the requests in one place, streamlining the process. Cancellation requests sent via email, text, or social media will not be honored for this reason. This is to ensure that your account gets canceled. You know we’re big on systems. With over 200 emails and social media requests a day, we do this to keep you from slipping through the cracks. 

  • All Help Tickets are responded to within 24 hours on weekdays.
  • Help Tickets submitted on Holiday weekends or Holidays, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be addressed the following business day.
  • If you used Paypal to sign up, you are able to edit your payment options via your personal PayPal account. 
  • Please provide accurate account information to prevent delays in addressing your needs.
  • For security purposes, financial questions sent via email, text, social media tag, comment, or DM will be redirected to the HelpDesk.
